NECIT Raises £1000+ for Cancer Research UK

MD Cherelle Lyons Completes Swim 10k Challenge

This November, NECIT Services Ltd Managing Director Cherelle Lyons dove into the deep end to complete the Swim 10k Challenge, raising vital funds for Cancer Research UK.

Cancer Research Benefit millions

Cancer Research UK is a registered charity which, with the help of essential fundraising campaigns like this one, pioneers work into the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer in the UK. Thanks to its supporters, their research has benefitted millions of people over the past 120 years to raise the average survival rate of cancer from 1 in 4 40 years ago, to 1 in 2 today.

The Swim 10k Challenge brought individuals across the country together to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK while challenging themselves to an incredible feat of fitness and endurance. We’d like to thank every person who donated to Cherelle’s fundraiser. Your financial and support and words of encouragement motivated NECIT’s MD to complete this endeavour.

Cherelle’s Campaign Raised £1000+

NECIT Services is proud to announce that Cherelle’s campaign raised over £1000 for Cancer Research UK. With every penny going towards their lifesaving work, such as the trials needed to test new radiotherapy techniques for treating bile duct cancer.
