In this post, we will discuss and celebrate the recent success of NECIT Services Ltd with the Great British Entrepreneur Awards shortlisting us for not one, but two awards in both Scale-up and Family Entrepreneur of the year.
Over the past 3 years we have seen NECIT grow rapidly to a global level, signified by the opening of our New USA based office in Houston, Texas. This growth has solidified NECIT as one of the world’s leading inspection, auditing and expediting service providers for major engineering projects in a variety of sectors.
Being shortlisted for not one but two awards by the Great British Entrepreneur Awards team allows us to celebrate the hard work and success of the whole NECIT team for aiding in this growth and expansion.
Scale-up Entrepreneur of the Year
We have beaten off some stiff competition in this category, therefore it is a privilege to be shortlisted for this award. This nomination celebrates the hard work carried out by the entire team here at NECIT, without which we would not have achieved the enormous levels of scale-up over the past 3 years, which has allowed us to expand overseas into the Americas and beyond.
This award champions the entrepreneurs that have put everything into strategising the expansion of their business.
Family Business Entrepreneur of the Year
Being shortlisted for Family Business of the Year perfectly demonstrates the values here at NECIT. Led by Peter and Cherelle Lyons, we are continuously expanding this family business which focuses on understanding our clients’ needs and building strong relationships with them.
There is a real sense of family throughout the company which is signified by the nomination in this category. Peter and Cherelle constantly remind the team that the success of making it to the regional finals, as well as the rapid scale-up of the business, is a team effort which shows the sense of ‘family’ throughout NECIT.
The Family Business Entrepreneur of the Year will be awarded to entrepreneurs leading and excelling within a family business.
We are all looking forward to the awards ceremony on 23rd September 2020 where we can come together and celebrate our success.
